I really loved how you can view your personalized item prior to purchasing so you know what it would really look like. It came in the mail fast and the frame looks great. Im sure my stepdaughter will love this frame, with her name on it and it saying Champions on it. I cant wait to get her the sweet 16 one on her next birthday. The only thing I would change it the amount of options you get. It would have been nice to have more color options not just for the lettering, but also the background frame color. But everything cant be perfect, and it was a nice gift at a reasonable price.
