Personalization Mall Amazes Me!

I ordered this ornament in December, and when I received it, the ribbon hole was off-centered. I gave the item a mediocre review. I was contacted by Personalization Mall a couple weeks later. They had read my review and wanted to make things right. They asked that I send a picture of the item. The same day I sent the picture in, I received another email that they would be shipping a new ornament to me free of charge. I was amazed that Personalization Mall initiated this contact, indicating a a genuine concern with customer satisfaction. I received the new ornament, and it was perfect!
