I ordered this plaque for my son who has just remodeled his
kitchen. The plaque is BEAUTIFUL. The color, style and
finish is perfect. The rugged edges expose the various
colors inside of the slate....an unexpected bonus. It can
be hung outside, but I'm hoping my son will hang it in his
new kitchen... What a beatuiful conversation piece. I'm
so pleased to present this to him on Christmas day.

I received this in great time and gave it last night as a housewarming gift. It said "Welcome to All" but when you tried to read the Old English script it looked like it read "Welcome to Hell" so I was a little disappointed with that. The Last name was cajun "LeBlanc" but the small e is hard to find. Other than the printing it was a nice item

Quality of the plaque itself was good as all personalization products have been that I have purchased, but beware the color is not red - is more of a rust/light burgandy color. Was not vibrant like I was expecting and felt the wording was a bit harder to read than would have liked for a door or house sign.

The plaque is very heavy. I wish i would have known what materials made up the plaque. Will not work for my door with being open and shut so much it is going to knick the door and with kids in the house i am afraid if the string would break, it would hurt or damage their feet. Good quality, just wish the description would have had more descriptions on what the plaque is made of.

After three attempts the quality on the glaze, ink, is unacceptable to give as a gift.
