Our first pillow was a bit darker than we expected, but customer service was very prompt to issue a replacement at no cost to us. We are very pleased with the picture quality and the pillow is nice. It's a great size to leave out on display that won't get in the way on a couch or lounge chair. I plan to purchase this item again for another family member.
