This was my first time to to use Personalization Mall for our Christmas cards. It was easy to use and when I had a question, my phone call to them was answered promptly and the matter taken care of quickly. I was so excited to see the end result when I opened up the box. I love the Christmas cards!! I will definitely use Personalization Mall again.

This is the 2nd year I've ordered this card and I love how it's a brief letter on the front and 3 images, all in 1 card. My friends and family rave about it too!

Photos not real clear

I believe the description is not very clear regarding paper type. The photos will be printed on matte paper; you do not have a choice. You only have a choice between matte and glossy for the FRONT of the card (wording) and the photos will not be on the front of the card. We submitted very clear, crisp photos, but the photos on the card look almost blurry. I called Customer Service, and she was able to explain this to me after re-reading the description. We have used Personalization Mall many times and everything else has been perfect!
