The ornament was broken upon arrival. They are replacing.

cheap piece of wood with name put on it. rip off for the money. will never buy orderments here again

Product came in an appropriate amount of time but the name was wrong! I am having a devil of a time trying to reach someone from this company to get the right name on a new one. The name I ordered was correct but what I got was something totally different.

Parts of the ornament seem faded out and hard to see the name. Very disappointing

I am not at all satisfied with this product. The quality is very poor. I have purchased several items for years and have never had a complaint.I have always been more than happy with all my purchases. This item is not what I expected. I am very unhappy. Keep up the good work on all the other products. They have given me and my family a lot of happiness!

I buy from Personalization Mall all the time. The products are awesome and the customer service is terrific as well. I am usually very please with my purchase. However, this ornament is a disappointment. It is very small and very flimsy. I am embarrassed to give it as a gift. I will be getting something else for the recipient.

Was very very unhappy with the size and the flimsy wood. Even though it was on sale when purchased it still wasn't worth what I paid for it. Would not purchase an ornament made of this material again.

This was such cheaply made....very disappointed in the product material and size......I'm going somewhere else and buy another one for my grandson!!!

I tried to return this, but they won't take it back. It is tiny, the wood is comparable to balsa wood, and the 2014 is barely legible. I have bought other things here that were fine, but I was very unhappy with the quality of this ornament and the fact that I couldn't return it.

Is not at all what I expected! it is chinzy and not worth what I paid for it. It is something you might find at the dollar store. I have always been very satisfied with whatever I have ordered in the past (and I have ordered alot of items) but this one I am not happy at all with it. I would not recommemd this to amyone.

My family and I liked this item, but the quality wasn't what we had anticipated. I was expecting this item to be a little bit thicker and didn't feel it was well made.

Very disapointed in this ornament. When I took it out of the package it looked very cheap and flimsy. I went to tighten the knot on the hanger and it snapped off, like a toothpick. I will end up using it as a name tag for a present, even embarrased to use it for that. I order often from Personalization Mall.com, but after seeing this, I'd be afraid to ever ship a gift directly to the person I'm giving it to.
