I was very disappointed in this product when it arrived

I've been ordering from personalizationmall.com for years and the engraving on this item and a additional item, was not the quality I'm used to - very disappointed since I have given these ornaments to my husband for Christmas every year to mark our years together

this is the first ornament that disappointed me. The names engraved are VERY hard to read, I may not give it as the gift as I had planned.
