The glasses looked great upon arrival. One of the glasses was broken however.

The glasses themselves were perfect quality and great packaging to reach me in Trinidad West Indies. However I believed the product to be engraved meaning the initial should be permanently fixed onto the glass. It feels like a sticker. I am almost tempted to try and peel it out and request a refund immediately but it was bought as a gift and shipping back from the Caribbean would be costly. The letter L which I ordered also looks tilted in the script I chose. But then so does the picture on the website..I just assumed picture was taken from a bad angle. But it really isn't straight. Lovely glass though.

I was disappointed in the overrall quality of this item, only because of the weight of each glass. They are very thin, and much more fragile than expected. They do look very nice monogrammed. The ordering process and delivery was excellent, however !
