poor embroidering nice robe

The length of the robe is great but the sleeve length is too short. My husband is 6’4, the robe length is at his calf. The sleeves stop a little longer than his elbow!! Very frustrating!

Initially the robe is beautiful and comfortable feeling to the touch. The only issue that I have experienced, is that the robe is not fitting to all size men. Which is stated on the website and on the tag, “One Size Fits All”. My husband is 6’7 and the sleeves and length of the robe is not long enough. I would suggest, keeping in mind the taller and larger men for a better fit. Thanks!

Purchased this for my aunt, so not a for him only robe ,(she wanted black). It's for Christmas so do not know about fit ,I got the size according to the size chart but it appears very small. (She wears a 18W and they say it will fit. Other than that it looks like a nice robe. I had her initials place on it that was POOR, (Looked Good in the pic.)So very thin that the L looked more like an I. Don't believe that I'd order it again.

The product was great and my wife loved it, but unfortunately, this product was missing the most important part which was the personal card I wrote for my wife...

Not worth the price i could have purchased this in a store for 20.00 cheaper even with the personalization.

I ordered 2 of these for my brother and his fiancé, hers fit her great with extra room. My brother is 6'2" and the sleeves are like 5 inches too short.

There wasn't a size option. It was extremely small on my larger husband. Besides that it was a great idea and felt amazing.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. It is a beautiful robe, soft, warm, embroidered initials look good, but unfortunately it is not big enough. I hoped that one size fits all would be ok. My husband is a tall man 6'4" and unfortunately this robe is not made for a tall men. I wish I could have return it, but as it is personalized item this is not an option. I would give it 1 star review because it will not be used as I hoped for, and for quality would give 5 star, averages to 3 star

The embroidery looks amazing but the robe itself makes a mess. Upon taking it out of the packaging, the fleece shed everywhere. I'm going to run it through the washer but fear there will be nothing left afterwards.

I got this for my boyfriend for Valentine's day...I didn't realize it was going to be so big! He's not a tall guy, about 5'6", but it is more than just long on him. I wish there had been sizes to choose from! He'd probably have to grow at least 4 inches and gain maybe 40 pounds for this to fit better.

First off I want to say that I've ordered from Personalization Mall a few times and always have been happy with the product and how fast I receive the package. Although I loved the robe itself, the embroidered name wasn't done very well. I had it done in script and it looked patchy. I am still pleased with the service they have.
