This would be a wonderful memorial if you could only see it. If you look at the picture the wall is light gray on the left and dark gray on the right where the engraving is. Without some kind of a dark background it looks like you just have a picture frame. Useless. If they would put a color into the engraving it would be great because the engraving is beautiful, but on clear glass you just don't see it. So sad.

Bought this for the memory of my late Dad and I am not happy with this frame because it was made of glass, you can not see the wordings at all. You need something to add at the back of the frame (like black paper) so that you can read it. I am not 100% satisfied with this product. Will not buy this again!

Very disappointed with this frame. You cannot see the wording very well and I was not informed that the picture I wanted to use would not work in the frame as it was horizontal rather than vertical..

I have purchased this item before but the way the writing looks is horrible . The letters are extra small n you have to hold it up close to read unlike the first I bought

I bought this for myself in memory of my passed father. It is nice but since it's glass and our wall is white you can't see the inscription at all. I would prefer the inscription in a different color. Fast delivery though. I wouldn't purchase it again.

The lines on the glass can not be seen is a beutiful frame but like I say
the wriding is to smal,I just loss my husbman after 39 years together
and that picture was on his memory

The white engraving on the clear glass makes it impossible to read. It needs a darker background.

The We Shall Meet Again plaque was beautiful. The engraving was undesirable due to the size of the font; way too small. Although it was previewed, the actual product did not compare with the preview. The preview turned out to be an enlarged version of the actual product giving the appearance that the actual product print would be clearly readable. I contacted customer service and was told that they only have one font size for engraving which is inconsistent with the various font sizes on the plaque. The statement was a clear indication that there was no remedy for the poor quality issue of the engraving. Had I known, I would have purchased with no engraving and had the engraving done by a professional.

I was not satisfied with this product. When I received it, I could barely read the writing on it. I purchased for my 84 year old grandmother and I know she cannot read it. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
