I bought this as a memorial for my mother. It looks nice on the website but when I actually got it I couldn't read the saying on it or the personalization on it. Was a waste of money.

Although my mother loved her gift and I didn't check before she opened it, the letters were faded after she looked at it and showed me.

The item was very beautiful but it was difficult to read the etched print on the clear glass.

I thought it was going to be a portrait with the picture on one side and the other side the memorial engraving in big letters in a dark color so everyone could see and read it.
I had to buy a small light and put it in front of the picture so I could read the words. Very disappointed. Would not have spent the money if I knew.

Very disappointed. Because the font is white, it is very difficult to read on the glass.

I am disappointed with this engraved frame. Unless it is setting against something dark you can't read what it says and there are a lot of rough edges on the engraved letters.
I have always been very pleased with other products I have purchased in the past but I am disappointed enough with this one that I'm not sure I will give to my friend who just lost her mother.

Font small and hard to read. Called and emailed about problem no corrections were made.

I find it hard to read the poem I had printed on this frame. The white inscription on clear glass makes it difficult. I asked if there was anything I could do to make it easier to read and was told "to display it in front of something colorful." Not really helpful to me.

I will not order anything else. The writing is so small you can barley read it. Very unhappy and I feel like it was a waste of money.

I recently ordered this item from my 2 cousins who lost their father. I read the reviews and they were mostly good. Some did say the writing was so small you could hardly see it, and I STRONGLY agree. It's so small you have to pick it up and squint to see it. Also the gold around the picture looks kind of cheap. The gold is so bright. Needless to say, I received mine in the mail about a week ago and its still sitting in the box because I'm debating whether to give it to them or not.

I ordered this thinking it was the best memorial. It is very nice,but it is way to small. I had 11 lines and you really need to read it and i have perfect vision. It should tell you what the font is...and at how many lines it becomes unreadable.
