The frame itself is fine, however , the color and picture shown of the “tan” frame I do not feel is an accurate description. I’d say it is more of a greenish yellow color which was not at all what I expected. Due to the sentimental value attached to why I ordered this, to say I’m highly disappointed would be an understatement. I will be more cautious of ordering anything with a color depiction from now on…unfortunately.

There was no glass in this frame, just a very thin piece of plastic that didn't even cover the opening.

I ordered the tan colored frame based on others' reviews, because they said the personalization really stood out against the background. In my opinion the black lettering clashes with the frame color. In the one I received, the graphic on the frame is off center. It just doesn't look very polished or nice. Disappointed :(. I have yet to give it to the recipient, so hopefully she'll like it better than I do.
