Good product but wished I could have chosen how many photos I wanted to use. I had to use the amount of photos they required so I had to put one extra photo on that I really didn't want on the mug. And the amount of time it took to receive was longer than expected. I would liked to have had more options when placing my order such as added wording and how many photos I chose to use.

Looked just like layout and came really quickly! Have purchased before and will do so again.

Mug looks good. Some of the pictures are a little fuzzy but that could possibly be the quality of the photo taken. I wish that the pictures were centered on the mug, in other words not having the pics all the way up to the rim of the mug. I'll try again with some of the other designs.

The images came out blurry and pixelated. Coloring is off too. I don't recall seeing any image specs for best possible outcome, maybe that should be provided?

I've bought from here several times and was very happy. This mug was not so good. Pictures were blurry and the printing was off center. There's a gap at the bottom and the pictures curve into the rim.

I had this made as a gift and it was much loved immediately. However, after normal use and following the instructions, the photos have faded almost completely. I have ordered other photo mugs like this from other vendors and did not experience this. I have some that are 5+ years old and no fading.

I have gotten picture mugs for about 5 Christmases in a row. This year I ordered 4 mugs. The pics are pretty blurry and hard to see facial features. When editing, I was never asked to choose a different picture. It said BEST for each picture. I don't remember them being blurry in the last. Kind of disappointed.

Was a bit surprised at all the 5-star reviews of this mug (nobody else seemed to have same problem). All my pictures came out stretched (perhaps because I ordered the largest size mug?). Am happy it made me look thinner, but my poor nephew just looked emaciated!

I bought this for my husband's b'day. The cup is of good quality but the pictures are not very clear. Not to my expectation. And yeah, shipment was fast!

The mug itself is pretty nice. The pictures fit around it well. The only thing was that I found the pictures to be a little faded looking.

I have ordered many, many items from this site and I'm always so giddy when they arrive...unfortunately I can't say the same for this mug. I uploaded very HIGH resolution digital pics and on the mug they have a slightly grainy appearance. I can only hope that after washing, they don't fade..

Overall, its a nice piece however after receiving it in the mail and using it, I wish the layout would have been more attractive. It would have been nice to have seen an option for taller mugs with more space for pictures and the option for the pictures to be placed on at angles which slightly overlap the other pictures on the mug. It would have helped the mug to "come alive" and be more fun, lively and exciting. Just as I feel my family pictures do.

The mug is a simple collage of photos so it turned out fine, but they print "PersonizationMall.com" in BIG letters on the bottom of it which I found to be quite tacky. Because of that I will not purchase from this website again. I don't want to be advertising your products to the people I'm giving a gift to....find a different way to advertise.

For this actual product I give it 5 stars it turned out beautiful!!! However the creating process of the mug wasn't so easy. You couldn't choose the direction of the photos it was a preset template and then when trying to move pictures around instead of click and drag with the mouse you had to start the project over.
