My friend was very pleased.

I like the memory stone very much. I was surprised to see that it wasn't a solid piece. It is concave, kind of like a shell. Not a deal breaker. Makes it lighter though. The spelling was all correct and well placed. I'm glad this is the one I chose. It looks nice and will be near the roses my husband loved.

This was a Father's Day gift for my husband that lost his dad this year. I loved the engraving,I took one star off because I thought it would be a solid stone.but it's cut out in the back. Other than that it was great and hubby loved it.

I was satisfied with purchase used as Head Stone for the time being in Cemetery.

THE QUALITY WAS OK. THE FIRST ONE I RECEIVED WAS BROKEN IN PIECES. THE PACKEGING WAS TERRIBLE. ALTHOUGH I DID CONTACT THE COMPANY AND I RECIEVED ANOTHER WITHIN DAYS. IT WAS STILL PACKED THE SAME WAY WHICH DISAPPOINTED ME BECAUSE HAD I NOT BEEN HOME WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BROKEN AGAIN FROM UPS OR FED EX DELIVERY. I AM PLANNING ON USING IT IN MEMORY OF MY MOTHER IN FRONT OF A TREE I PLANTED FOR HER. IT WILL SERVE THE PURPOSE. I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

This wasn't as heavy as what I expected, but perfect size for what it's used for.

When I first received my package, the box was destroyed.I open it and the stone was broken.I was so upset because I planned on giving this to the recipient the following day but couldn't with how it came.I called customer service to see what could be done.I spoke with a Sonya,who was very apologetic,and said a new one will be sent out.She asked when I needed it and I said tom.Unfortunately,I couldn't get till Wed. It comes in and is in one piece,Thank goodness.

We really like the garden stone. The ONLY thing I’d change is that we wanted to have a longer name and the stone reached its max. Not much they can do about that.

Wish I had room to include the full dates rather than year to year, but product quality was very nice.

The stone is very nice, but it is flat and hollow. I am afraid to say it may break during a bad storm, so I will have to bring it in the house during and bad forecast going forward.

I purchased this item as my friend is an animal lover and lost both of her precious dog friends only one week apart....I thought is was an appropriate gift...I was correct. She called to say that she loved it and it was very meaningful.....She had never seen anything like it before..

This is just what I desired.. I can not tell you about the quality as I have not seen it in person but I will. I can say that I am pleased from my friends perspective and look forward to seeing my gift in person..

i received my order only 3 days after I placed it. My first garden stone came broke. I called as soon as I received it.. The customer service was great. I received the replacement 3 days later and everything was great. I then placed an additional order and everything came in and was In great condition. The items were of good quality as well.
