I usually love their products, but I was a little disappointed with this one. The wooden pieces used for the frame are different colors. It probably wouldn't be as bad if the lettering didn't flow across both pieces. It makes it more noticeable. ***The picture of the product doesn't look as obvious as it does in person.

The wood shadings are different colors and therefore the frame does not look uniformed. I thought the online pictures looked much better than the product I actually received. I do appreciate though how there is extra room to personalize it more than an average frame.
