I love this frame and would have given it a 5 star except for the fact that I had to cut 2 pieces of cardboard to insert behind the photo to keep it from rattling. The engraving was beyond beautiful (the photo doesn't do it justice) and the rest of the frame was very good quality!!

I like the frame, but I wasn’t able to get my photo uploaded. I would have liked to send it out to the party I got it for. I had the frame sent to me, then printed the photo. Took more time than I wanted.

I wish they could add a bit more space for the characters for the name. I made it for my father & father-in-law since they have a picture together. Both passed away only two years apart. Since the space was very limited. I had to shorten my father-in-law's name from David to Dave to fit. As you can see from the sample photo, from where it's carved it's too close to the corner. Or maybe an option to put name/s in the mid part.

It was a beautiful picture frame. It was a gift to my friend who really enjoyed it.

The frame is beautiful however as I was filling in the information to be added to the frame on the website it says "If "loved" could have saved... so I typed exactly how it read only to see on the actual frame it reads "If love...". Nevertheless, the gift was well received but I'm unhappy I gave a gift with a grammatical error....

I ordered this frame for my husband. I used it in a little different way tho as I got it for his dog that had recently passed away. This dog was very special to him & when I saw this frame I knew it would be perfect. I just wish you had the option to center the words under the picture. That would have made it 5 stars!

This frame was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately I misspelled the name but otherwise it was exactly what I expected from the picture.
