I was satisfied with the product I received. Made a great Christmas present.

I purchased for son in law. My only issue was it was coming apart where the hinges were inserted. My husband glued it and it’s now perfect.

Overall beautiful, high gloss poem and picture quality was good. Only negative is the hinges were off a bit, but with some tweaking it sits straight.

I really love the granda photo plaque. The only issue I had was that the picture came out really dark. It looked better in the preview. I recommend making the picture lighter before submitting if you have darker skin tones.

The item is smaller then you would think for a 5X7 the size with the picture doesn't have a border at all the whole thing is a picture which is nice but not what I was expecting and since it was a Father's Day for my son from my grandson it was still very cute but not what I excepted

This was bought for my fiance for valentines day. The product is amazing! It brought him to tears. I added a pic of him, his son, and our son to it, brought tears to his eyes. The pic turned out a little orange on the product. It's the only complaint I have.

My Husband loved it, only thing is keep in mind you can not close it, it is meant to be displayed, should you try to close it you run the risk of breaking the hing.

It turned out so much better then the picture shows on the website. Bought it for my husband for fathers day and he loved it. The only complaint I have is the hinges in the middle you have to be very careful not to close it all the way or they come out and for the money you pay I just think it should be a little more stable. Other then that its a great product and worth the money. The quality of the picture is very good as well.

Original high quality picture that was used. However the picture turned out not as clear as I would have liked for it to be. They should probably change this in the future to where it's a frame and you can add your own picture. Still its a really nice gift for dad.

The quality of the photo and plaque was fantastic. I bought it for my husband for Father's Day and he took it to work immediately the next day to put it at his desk.

This photo plaque came out veru nicr and i just love how clear and vibrant it is. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a small like bubble on the photo. It's not very noticeable but it is there. Other than that its very nice.

My husband loved this birthday gift from our little boy. The photo printed great on the frame. I only gave 4 stars because the two panels are not held together well. If you accidentally close the frame (if you don't do it, someone else will - trust me) the panels will pop apart. They are only held together by two flimsy hinges, and you are only supposed to bend the frame slightly or lay it flat. I just slid them back into the wood and adjusted them best I could so frame would stand again. I'm surprised the quality was not better, but I would still consider it a good buy.

I bought this for my daughter’s first Father's Day gift to her Dad. He enjoyed it! His only comment was that he wished that I would have used a different picture. He felt like the picture I used was stretched and made him “look bigger.” Great gift idea for Father's Day!

This was a nice gift for my husband. The picture was nice & clear, I really liked the writing on it. The only thing that was not really good was that it separated at the hinges when we opened it, but nothing a little glue can't fix.

This made a very cute Father's Day gift from a 4-year-old little boy. The only problem I see is that the hinges seem to be bending a little too easily. They seem very fragile. However, it's fine if it's going to be displayed on the mantle or coffee table. Very cute!
