Nice portfolio but tacky gold lettering is very cheaply printed (not embossed or engraved in any way) in giant letters across the front. In my opinion this looks cheap and ugly, and customer service is useless to resolve. The tan one is much better.

Unfortunately this rating is only because of the personalization. If I could give two ratings I'd give the portfolio a "5", but the personalized name was WAY too big and it just looked really juvenile. I had first name & last name and it spanned almost across the entire bottom. When I received it I couldn't even use it as a gift and had to order it elsewhere. The portfolio itself however was very nice quality & very sturdy...it was a shame I had to trash it because of the personalization.

I will not continue to make purchases from your company in the future. The product doesn't stand up to the description/photo on the website. The material is very stiff and doesn't feel like leather.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the portfolio. It looked more sophisticated on the website than in person. The engraving also left a lot to be desired. Overall a cheap looking product.

Was very unsatisfied especially for the price. The leather was wrinkled, not constructed well. The leather is glossy and does not look of high quality.

I purchased this item 7 days ago. I should have went with my "gut" feeling about the product. It arrived very quickly, packaged considerably well, and the quality of the portfolio was inconsistent with the description by the seller. I called customer service and complained that the $70 I spent in total for the item did not even have a scent of leather. Their reply "it is a coating we put over the outside to keep off fingerprints". Totally unacceptale.
