Engraved Silver Cigar Case and Cutter Customer Reviews

The engraving is so light you can hardly see it.

The weight & quality of the cigar case itself seem great, but the monogramming is so small & lightly sketched, its almost invisible. I’m very disappointed with the monogram quality which is the focal point of the item.

my only reason for a "fair" review is that when i went to order these items, they were half off yet i was charged the full price, even when i emailed customer service they would not give me a refund. it's a nice set. just make sure you're paying what you think you are.

Cigar case was larger than I expected but quite sturdy. My big issue is the quality of the engraving. It is just lightly etched into the case and hardly visible. I had to turn it over several times to see where it had been engraved. Letters were also smaller than show in photo. I deeper cut would have made this a nice gift, but this was disappointing. it looks nothing like the preview shot

I bought this for my husband as a gift. He really liked the cutter but wasn't crazy about the cigar case. We could not even get the case open. We pulled and pulled and twisted and twisted but could not get the darn thing open! Got a good laugh though. Even if it did open he still would rather have a cigar box instead. So the cutter a hit, the case a miss.

I was disappointed on the engraving on the Cigar case. It does show clearly. You have to really look for it.

It was a great thought but the engraving is so POOR that you can barely see it. you have to hold it perfectly under light to see the name on both pieces. it wouldn't even hold metal paint to bring out the engraving because the engraving isn't deep enough

The cigar tube is not that great, two of the ones I ordered were so tight that they hardly could be opened and closed. The cutter is REALLY cheaply made rough edges and difficult operation. The engraving was nice and sharp. The bottom line for the price of the product I would have expected better craftsmanship. You would be better off ordering these from many cheaper online retailers and taking them to your local mall for engraving.
