The ornament comes in a very nice faux velvet bag, placed in a plastic bubble wrap envelope. The ornament is nicely made and not too heavy to hang on a tree. It comes with plastic ties that you attach to the ornament yourself, but you can also use your own ribbon. The lettering is not as bright as shown in the picture.

Disappointed in background color. Website shows deep, rich Christmas red (red with blue undertones). Background color of ornament I received was Autumn red (red with orange undertones). Otherwise, well made. Personalization correct with crisp, white script lettering. Will use for intended purchase as gift for Niece.

I'd gotten other ornaments before & loved them. This one's writing is faint & hard to read. Not as bold as preview. Really disappointed.

Love the quality and the ease of customizing but the picture turned out a bit dark.

The item was very cute. A little over priced I think.
