These chillers are very nice. They do look smaller than my past purchases, but I will definitely purchase again.

Looks Good

The quality and craftsmanship of this item was excellent. This was my 4th or 5th time ordering this ice bucket. It seemed a little smaller this time to me, but otherwise I am completely satisfied.

It's a lovely wine chiller and will accompany the special wine I'm giving my sister for her birthday. The etching was done beautifully, but I wish it were etched a little deeper, more pronounced. I hope that with wear, it doesn't fade. All in all, I'm still very pleased with this piece,

This item exceeded my expectations in quality and price. It made an excellent gift!

On a whole, I am very pleased with this item. However, it has changes some from those purchased about 2 years ago. The rim of the ice bucket is rather blunt, unpolished and has almost a sharpness to the edges. Having polished, rounded edges would be more ascetically pleasing. I'm afraid the edges of the rim will chip easily.

Ice bucket is very nice and inscription looks great.Would buy it again for another gift.

Disappointed not to be able to have "accents" which are an integral part of the French language. Had to settle with "Happy birthday" as "Bon Anniversaire" would not fit.
Would love to use your product again when you allow accents. (Seems like a simple addition to me)

Beside this restriction, The product is marvelous and the process simple.
