i have made several purchases from personalization mall & have always been very pleased. for that reason i did not look at the frame, which i purchased for a birthday gift, when it arrived. although i did before i wrapped it & saw that it had a crack at the top by the name. it was then too late to exchange it.

For a good friend on her birthday.
The name is a little small, but overall I loved it, and I believe she did too!
