Great idea, fast delivery but very disappointed. I chose black with white ink for font. White ink is so light and font so small it's totally impossible to read. Contacted the company with a quality issue. After sending them pictures of what the online example looked like (bold, bright white) and my actual order, "they" determined nothing was wrong with my order!!! Really??? This was for my son's wedding!! Wow!!! I will never order from this company again!!!! They choose if your happy with their product!

I purchased these as part of our rock and roll themed wedding. Our colors are royal blue and cream. The website shows them as a royal blue but when I received them they are a light periwinkle. Totally different from what was shown. They don't match anything and I'm very disappointed because they are very cool otherwise

Font too small to read

Very disappointed in this product, They should limit the amount of letters to make sure it is readable and they should inspect their items before shipping and let you know if any adjustments need to be made. They did send it to me a second time but it still was unreadable.

Enormously disappointed! Ordered as a wedding favor for my future son in law. Poor, poor quality and imaging. Purchasers be aware this is a SMALL item. Preview shows close up of item, which shows item as expected. Upon arrival, the personalized side is barely legible. It will be printed in the manner you selected, but if you want to promote an event or your band forget it. Even our teenagers couldn't read it.
