have not seen it... cannot rate... it was a gift

The item was ok but it was delivered after Christmas and was told it would be delivered in time for Christmas when I purchased the item.

Mine arrived damaged and was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I reached out to customer service and uploaded a picture like they asked and never heard back. The bag is gorgeous but damaged. So disappointed...

I ordered this bag with my father's initials on it. It is a gift for Christmas, which has not gotten here yet, so he hasn't seen the bag; however, I inspected it when it came in the mail. I like it. The leather is nice (I always loved the tan leather look). The initials came out well. When I first opened the box, the leather bag was folded/compressed down into a little plastic bag, and my first thought was that wow, this is small....but after you open it up, it opens into a sturdy/solid little square/rectangle, and I like it. It seems roomier when you open it up. I think he will like it. I got it so maybe he can put his clippers in it, and the size should be okay for that. I got this during a little sale that Personalization Mall was having, so I got it for like 12 bucks cheaper than normal. For the price though, I don't think I would have ordered this if it hadn't been for the sale. I feel like 48 bucks was almost too much to pay for this, let alone the 60 bucks which is the normal price.

My order came with the wrong personalization on it...company error. I was happy with the quality of the bag and the look of the lettering. They were nice enough to provide me with a new bag with the correct lettering free of charge. However, the new bag that came does not seem to be as nice quality wise. Mainly the stitching for the personalization. It is a different color than the first one (almost the same color as the bag) making it very hard to see, smaller lettering as well. I wish I could have the quality of the first bag with the correct lettering but I will settle for this bag.

This was purchased as a Valentine's Day gift with monogram initials on it. I must say the toiletry bag was just ok. Not exactly what I was expecting for the price paid.

Bought 6 bags as groomsman gifts.The leather is nice and looks durable. However I feel for the price , the quality of embroidering should of been better. I don't think I'd pay this much for these products again unfortunately.

The leather seems good quality, but it's small and expensive for the size.

I ordered this for my husbands birthday. When I received the bag I was disappointed in the quality. It also had a scratch in the front of it. I did call the company and they worked with me. It wasn't a bad experience but if I knew the way it looked in person I would not have order it.

I purchased this for my husband who is a Pilot so he uses frequently, so far it is holding up well! He was very pleased with the gift as with his former travel case was in pieces! He can fit a full shaving cream can, his eletronic toothbrush and all of his other travel essentials in the case. The leather is nice but I was dissapointed that it is smaller than most travel cases but it does open up fully. If you are getting it as a gift, I recommend getting the gift box because with the travel case stuffed with tissue paper, it makes for a real nice presentation.

when i received this item it was excatly what the picture showed the quality is great, it was a need so it turned out to be the perfect gift and it can be used for multiple things.

I ordered this travel case for my husband. From the picture, I thought the top of the case would open as if hinged (like most dob kits) but this one folds over to one side which makes the storage space smaller. Since I got it monogramed, I'll have to keep it but I'm not sure there will be enough space for all of his things.

Also, the leather is OK but not as soft as I had hoped. So, I give it a 3 out of 5.

I was very disappointed with the color of this item. It did not match up to my expectations based on the photo.

It is a nice case for the price. A little smaller than I would have liked but nice leather. The one drawback is that has a plastic vinyl lining, I would have preferred cloth.
