Very nice. Smaller then imagined, but pretty

Overall 4 stars. The chain was tangled up so bad it took forever to untangle yo present as a present.

Although I haven’t given this gift yet! It is beautiful. Appears to be well made. The chain is ok, will probably replace with a better one, ordering and shipping were quick and easy. Well done!

It is not of highest quality, but it is not priced as high quality either. The ability to get it engraved was a huge plus. My 10 yr old niece absolutely loved it!

I loved how the engraving turned out, however, when I presented it to my daughters-in-law for Mother's Day, the chains were in knots. We spent quite a bit of time un-knotting them, only to discover the chains were so short they didn't fit around their necks! I now have to go purchase them both longer chains. Had I known how short they were, I wouldn't have ordered. First product I've been disappointed in with Personalization Mall.

I brought this gift for my Friend who became a first time grandma and she loved it. I put her grand baby's name on it and her birthdate. You guys did it again. I love this sight.

Beautiful necklace and chain...everything I expected, but the engraving was light and off center.

This is beautiful and just as I wanted it to look however right out of the box the black is already black and tarnished....its not as though I paid 5.00 for this either....just a little disappointed.
