item lost one star because it came with a cloudy plastic protector for photo had to get a clear on one on my own.

Very sweet and lovely frame for someone who has lost their cherished dog. Also, this company was great is sending another frame when the first one had a corner that had been rubbed off either before or during shipment.
I would highly recommend both the product and the company!

I got this as a gift. The quality wasn't spectacular but it was ok. It came with dust all over it, so I had to clean it before giving as a gift.

The frame is adorable and perfect for anyone who wants to remember a lost pet. The only thing I do not like is that the frame does not have glass over the picture. I did not expect that, as it usually comes standard in all frames. Other than that, great frame that was delivered promptly after I ordered.
