The bag came with the wrong initials, but the customer service was super helpful and extremely nice. She took care of the issue right away and got a new bag in the mail the next day!!!

Good quality bag

I bought 2 items, one for my husband and one for my oldest son so they can stop using zip lock bags:) whenever we're traveling and both have their own initials.
I will be orderning another one, once my youngest son goes to college.

Bag is nice overall but smaller than expected. The feel of the leather is nice and soft. There's an internal loose pocket that in my opinion gets in the way. When closed, the bag looses some internal space as the sides are brought together at the top of the bag to zip shut. Overall it should work well for my son leaving to college.

I bought this for a christmas gift. It's the perfect size for a man to travel with. I thought that the leather would have been a little thicker and better quality. But overall, perfect gift.

The toiletry bag was nice but smaller than the picture. The stitching was nice and even the quality of leather was nice but for the price the bag should have been larger. I recommend Personalized Mall put the measurements with this item or to let the buyer know item is smaller than picture.

not only does it look good it has good space also. quality of the leather is nice, its a little bigger for my preference

Great quality item, the leather looks expensive, the embroidery was perfect, slightly smaller than was expected.
