Broken items on delivery, poor customer service All the items were broke on delivery, no fault to pmall other than better packaging. I called for a replacement order and was asked to email a photo of the damaged items to the service rep’s direct pmall email. BTW, the service rep I spoke with didn’t seem to be interested in providing service. My email must have gone into a black hole. I never got a response, even after emailing the rep several times. I called asking for another rep who took care of my replacement same day.
