This ornament is beautiful, love the design and the quality. However, the picture chosen turned out darker than It looked.

The names were not as distinct as I had hoped they would be. I would not have ordered them if knew they were not clear.

The side of the ornament with writing looks fine but the side with the personal picture is not. The picture is washed out and pixelated. The colors are distorted and the printing is not even. The picture I uploaded was of good quality and high resolution so I don't know what happened during the production of the ornament. I'm glad I only paid around $5 for this.

Overall, the ornament is very cute. However, I would have given 5 stars had the text been crisper/clearer. The words on the front side as well as the picture on the back were a little fuzzy. Not enough to return, but enough to be slightly annoying. The preview does not show any fuzziness at all.

I liked the idea of this ornament. At first I didn't think I could order it because there weren't enough name slots; but luckily there was enough room to fit two names on one line. The colors are great, the design adorable; but the ornament arrived and was fuzzy - not crisp like the image preview.

Great ornament for grandparents. If you have more than 5 names it is hard to read the names.

I am usually very pleased with my purchases. Can honestly say that this time I was a bit disappointed. Quite small in size and very thin. Still cute and will give it as I bought it as a gift. Price was right for sure.

I have ordered many things from here that have been awesome, but this actually came blury, and I ordered 2 different ones and they were both the same.

I just got this ornament. I like it, but the heart is a little smaller than I expected. I would like to see it all a little bit bigger, but other than that, it is cute.
