Personalized Memorial Wind Chimes Customer Reviews

Purchased as a gift for a friend after the loss of her father. I was especially interested in the personalization that other sites did not offer. I only wish that I could've added a verse to the other side, too.

The wind chime is beautiful and is a quality product. It’s a perfect gift for someone to keep a loved one’s memory alive. I’ve given this twice now and both recipients loved it.

We like the product. Hopefully it can withstand the cold weather here in Michigan.

The product arrived promptly and is nice in every way - except the wood piece is RED. I didn’t notice that in the picture when I ordered it so just be aware.

I would prefer a natural wood color like the wooden engraved piece.

Nice thick pieces of wood, stained & sealed, are part of these beautiful bronze chimes. I’m sure my friend will be delighted when I give this gift to her in memory of her 99 y.o. dad.
( I just wish the strings used could’ve been a little more heavy duty).

The personalized portion was only on one side. Would have been better if it was both sides. Otherwise, very pleased!!!

Living so close to Woodstock, NY, almost everyone in my area is familiar with Woodstock Chimes. They've always been known for their high tonal quality and craftsmanship, so I'm delighted that PM offers this reputable brand. The personalization came out very nice; exactly as pictured as when I ordered it and approved the design on PMs website. However, it would be better than "very nice", if the inscription was printed on BOTH sides of the medallion, and I'm very perplexed as to why that is not being done. I'm sure PM is quite capable of making that happen. Only time will tell how long the personalization inscription holds up. I have a LARGE set of Woodstock chimes and the chimes themselves and all of the strings from almost 20 years ago are still going strong!

I ordered 3 windchimes, all the same, for siblings of a loved one who passed. I misspelled the last name. I called and they said I could reorder and they gave me 50% off which was very welcomed since I'm a senior citizen living on SS only. May I suggest though that you consider selling the engravement medallion separately. I thought I had the name spelled correctly. Now I have 3 windchimes which I had to remove the engraved part from and will probably never use them.

We order these in memory of family members of employees who have passed. We and they feel it is a wonderful way to honor their loved ones.

The wind chime is beautiful and looks just like the photo. The only issue I have is the wooden chimer didn’t show the death year. I may not have seen the place to put it but it was easy to put the birthday. It had easy to read box but I didn’t see a box for death year. There should be a STOP and not let you continue until you confirm if you want the death year. I love the chime for my sister and the death of her son. Would have be nicer to have the death year added

I accidentally ordered one set and one date was wrong (my bad), so I ordered another one. I got 1/2 off on the 2nd one. When the wind chimes got here, one of the pipes was tangled in the lines. I am going to try to fix it before I get the company involved. Other than that, I am very happy with the wind chimes.

I love giving the chimes in place of flowers as they last much longer and I find a comfort for the grieving!

Thought the chime would be slightly bigger but the product is perfect and sturdy overall!

Chimes are beautiful both in sound and appearance. Major drawback is that there is no stand available to order with chimes if you want to keep them inside protected from weather. Extremely difficult to find free standing hook...Amazon vendor had one but lost it in their warehouse. Tried a dozen stores before finding something that would suffice.

I receieved this product a day early. I was very nervous because I read reviews after I had already paid for it. Most of the reviews were not good.. However, I must say it tuned out great! I do wish that the personalization was on both sides instead of just one. Other than that it's wonderful!

The chimes were pretty sturdy and of good quality.Adding the name personalizes it beautifully. Only wish there was a hook inckuded to hang.

They seem to be well constructed. They have a calming tone to them.

A different kind of gift for someone who had a partner leave the pain behind. I thought this gift would "ring" memories and be like hearing the angel who is now watching over the other still living. The personalization of the item was a hit for the buyer and the recipient.

I bought this as an anniversary (copper) and it was delivered quickly. Also everything looked great. The only draw back was the plate. For some reason, I expected it would match in size with the bottom wooden piece and was going to be attached.

Fantastic Item. When we first started getting them the box they came in was a display box. Now I have to go to the Florist and get a Chimes Box to put them in because the box they come in doesn't work to give to the Family. We have purchased 10 of these to date between my wife's church and mine.

The wind-chimes are lovely and the sound is beautiful. The product appears to be well made. The striker wasn’t attached to the chimes which I thought was a bit inconvenient. It was a gift and the recipients loved it.

This chime is being sent to my brother. the picture looks good, the sound I listened to on the original order was pretty. I did not take out of box so hope it arrives in good condition. With all this in mind I gave it a good rating even though I did not actually see or hear the chime.

Ordered this memorial wind chimes to be sent to my sister in another state when her husband died. I did not see what she got, of course, but over the course of a few days'conversations, I realized she did not receive the personalized feather for the windchimes in metal nor were they personalized. She had already hung them, not realizing it was not what I ordered and mentioned taking them somewhere to get the feather engraved. I was so upset. I had to tell her she did not get what I ordered. I called Personalization Mall and they sent out a new feather to her within 2-3 days.

We purchased 15 of these to give to family members at my mom’s memorial. The quality is very good. The only thing I would improve is if the engraving was on both sides of the wind catcher.

I haven't hung it up yet as it is a christmas present. But took it out of the box, and the chimes sound is pretty. I wish the tag at the bottom wasn't black, but I can live with it!

The Wind Chimes are very nice but you would’ve thought they would’ve printed on both sides of charm hanging at the bottom so you could see the name no matter which way the wind was blowing

What a beautiful Keepsake I ordered for a special person who lost their loved one! The tone of the Chimes is soft and alluring. This personalized gift is a great way to let someone know you care!

After finally receiving my order, fed ex held it for 3 days in kennesaw GA, I was very happy with my purchase. One area of surprise was the inscription was only on one side of the wind chime clacker. Bought as a gift the recipient was very happy with it.
