Ordered 5 different cup designs in the order. This was the only one that had an issue. The paint job was not the best. Part of the writing is at the rim of the cup where your lip is and the gray paint is at the bottom rim where it should just be the white because of the overspray of paint. I have ordered this same cup previously and it came out perfect.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It is nice but I do wish the design was centered a bit better top to bottom. The names were blurred at the top edge but they were on there. I am gifting it anyway because she will still like it and there isn’t time to have it redone. I know Christmas is a busy time and my other item was perfect.

Let me start by saying I love these mugs. I was given one myself and have given many since with several different color combinations, and have always been very happy with the finished product. So I am very surprised to be disappointed now. I ordered green with yellow accent for a latte mug and coaster. The personalization previews showed these colors and the mug and coaster colors matched. As you can see, however, what I received was a true green/yellow combination on the coaster, but a green/orangish combination on the mug. The gift occasion is this weekend so it's too late to do anything about it, but be cautious if you're ordering different products and expecting them to match.

Personalization Mall has some great products, but their use of cheap ink is going to lead to their undoing. I have mugs that I have owned for more than 10 years that still look new. The ones that I have from Personalization Mall tend to fade after 2 or 3 years. A product with longevity will get better ratings.

Very pleased with even though I choose the wrong green. They are still beautiful

I have purchased 7 of these mugs to date and each one arrives looking just as I thought it would. Oddly, this one, that I purchased for my son in the SC Gamecocks colors (black and burgundy) looks more like black and purple to me. I'm sure he will still love it because his name is on it. The picture of the finished product looked much lighter than what arrived.

The mug I bought is very nice but shipping and customer support is not there to help you. I asked if they could help me before Christmas and said they couldn’t as item already shipped which it didn’t ship for 3 days after they told me. Made me sad I didn’t feel valued.

The green Could have been more Christmasy it’s too dark

I reordered this mug because I broke my original coffee mug I had made almost 2 years ago. It’s way smaller then my original one.

I have been ordering these mugs for years. When I received my last order (March 2018), one of the cups had a broken handle. I called customer service and they replaced the cup at no charge to me and the process was as simple as emailing a photo of the damaged product. Thank you for making it easy.
I did notice that the quality of the mugs had changed from the quality of the mugs previously ordered (December 2017). The handles on the most recent order were thinner and the weight was lighter. I looked at the bottom of the mugs and found out the most recent order was Made in China and the previous orders were Made in Taiwan. I may not order more of this product due to the change in the quality.

The cup and the monogrammed blanket were true to the picture, the quality of the blanket was good. The cup looked ok. I have no complaints about the product but do think it is a little overpriced

I purchased this as a gift for a friend. I love that the inside of the mug is navy blue which makes it more attractive. I will say I wish the printing on the mug was more bold or had some type of gloss appearance as it is very dull looking. The preview picture made it seem as though the writing would be darker and it was not.

I bought these for gifts at an event. They were well received more for the personalization than for the mug. The personalization looked good; the mug is fine for the price, but nothing special, as expected.

I had enthusiastically ordered these mugs for my students, but I was a bit disappointed to see them when they arrived. I thought they looked duller, and less stylish than the ones shown in the photographs on the website. No more personalization for me I guess!

I ordered these for my co-workers. The order arrived quickly (terrific) and accurately (even better). However, the colors were a little different in person than online. Maybe this is to be expected, but the pink specifically wasn't as I expected it to be. Perhaps this is just a personal preference?
Either way, I'd recommend ordering this item.

I ordered 2 of these coffee cups for my son's teachers. They were nice quality and the personalization looked good for the most part. However, one of the teacher's name contains an "r". The cursive "r" looks very sloppy. I did not notice in the product preview, but it is very noticeable looking at the real product. When I went back to look at the preview I can see it now that I know what to look for.
