I do like the tray. The engraving was great. I wish it was more steardy. I feel like if you grab the handles the wrong way or have too much on the tray it will break. The handles are too thin maybe? Again, I like the product. Just be careful.

Service was fast. :) Was a gift so did not see the final product and the quality of the tray. With that being said, I would order from your company again and would recommend them.

One corner of the tray seems to be about to break.
I paid for gift wrapping. It's just in a box with a rubber.band around it Doesn't remotely look like it was wrapped. Disappointing.

It was very nice but a little smaller than I expected. A dinner plate is too big for it. But it will be great for cheese and crackers.

This tray is indeed pretty and seems well made. Purchased as an engagement party gift, I know that everyone enjoys a tray, especially if it's personalized. Came in a nice black box; hence it'll be easy to gift wrap. I do find items quite pricey, especially for this item.

We sent this Tray for an Anniversary Gift, with their "Names" and "20th" monogrammed on the 2nd line. THEY LOVED IT!

Love it ! At first purchase, the name was barely visible and I called customer service and right awAy, they asked me to send a picture and they ended up replacIng it and the new one is perfect. Exactly as pictured. Can't wait to give it as a gift this Christmas !

This is a very nice tray; but one of the rubber feet on the bottom was missing. I'm hoping the company will send me a foot to complete it, especially since it's a gift.

It's a plain and simple design, but the personalization and monogram really dress it up. I was pleased to give it as a gift.

The tray looks real nice. I was surprised that all the edges were so sharp. I am not sure if that could be corrected on the material it is made of but thought I would just mention this as long as you asked for a comment.

I thought it was very nice. Although I would have liked it better if the printing had a little black in it - might have been good to highlight or shadow with black border.
