This is the second one I ordered. One for my husband last year as Papa and just ordered another for my grands to give their Dad this year. Con: Could be heavier. Check when entering in names and review the results carefully. System switches names around so you have to switch around also until correct. Big problem on both mugs, black bleeds through white lettering. Looks like it had already rubbed off. Cheap print job. Need to work on that. Print was fine on Mom mug...

I searched all over to find something new and different for Father's Day for my son and son-in-law.These mugs gave me the opportunity to do so.I loved the idea of designing their mugs with the children's names and seeing what they would look like.Since both fathers have 2 children I should have included the nick names for them also.I was a little disappointed in the results of the type but the fathers weren't. I also wished it would have been a larger coffee cup and heavier.I can see them chipping the cups easily.Also I wished that you had a cup for POP(the Grandfather) which forced me to go to another company.Again, the fathers liked their mugs very much!

It's a cute idea especially for kids names that are less common like mine. However the print on the cup is not all that great. In some spots it's almost see thru or smugged looking.

Not as impressed as I have been in the past. The names filling in the "Dad" letters were not solid showing black speckled instead of solid white.

I really like the cup but the printing ended up having black speckles in the white letters. It will be okay, we will just say that "it has fireworks in it!" Fun time putting it together. Site is easy to use and shipped out in 2 days.

A little bit disappointed about the quality...

I wrote this review to alert others. I was surprised to find the Distressed Font. In my opinion, the font made the item look like bad printing. Customer service was great and gave a full refund. They have plenty of other products to choose if that's not what you are looking for. Still a loyal customer.

The paint ran in several places on the two mugs I ordered; however, I kept them since I had no time to seek other gifts. I have always been very satisfied with my purchases from Personalization Mall, but was disappointed in the quality this time around.
