Very happy with the mug and engraving. Football decal had several bumps.

Cup is very light weight and feels cheaply made. The football design on it had multiple bubbles in the sticker. Expected better quality.

I thought by looking at the pic this would be a steal cup. Its plastic, so doesnt keep drink cold or warm for very long. The football looking part is a "sticker". Looks ok from a distance but for the price I expected more. I have ordered from this company before & everything was nice. Not so much with this item.... :(

I ordered two engravable sport travel mugs. They arrived promptly, however, one of the mugs was defective. It had several large bubbles under the appliqué used on the mug. I called the company and they are replacing it. The engraving on the mugs is very nice, but the mugs do not look as nice in person as they looked on the website. However, my grandsons will probably love them.

Pictured it looked like a real piece of football as a sleeve on the cup but it's just a sticker. The mug is nice and the monogram was perfect but was disappointed with the sticker

I ordered this Travel mug as an anniversary gift and was not too happy with the quality of it!
It looked so nice in the picture on line,however when it arrived it looks cheap and like once its been washed a few times the exterior will deteriorate.
The football emblem looks like a cheap sticker.
Definitely not worth what I paid for it!
I also asked for a gift message to be included and that was missing from the package.

Online, it looks great but in person it’s more of “alright.” The football wrap along the bottom looks like it’s going to come off and I just took it out of the box. The name at the top is good; that’s the only reason I’m keeping it.

Cute product but for the amount it cost I expected better quality. Feels cheap, doesn't close well.. we will see how it works after I give it to my husband for part of his birthday gift.

Not what I expected. The bottom portion of the mug is a sticker. I thought it would be made out of stronger material and not a sticker that can peel off after a couple washes.

The idea of this item is fantastic...the quality of the etched name on the stainless steel was very good!

However, because I expected the 'football' bottom to have a rubber type texture, I was very disappointed that it turned out to be a decal...a high quality decal, but it cheapens the look nonetheless. In addition, the mug is very light in weight, which, adds to the feeling that the product is of low quality.

Delivery was fast and I'm so glad I ordered it in time. The personalization is a great touch but I thought that the design would be somekind of material that resembles a (pigskin or leather) football(the picture definitely makes it look like football), not just a sticker. :( That's what's disappointing.

I loved that the name is actually engraved into the metal portion of this travel cup. It looks expensive & posh. However, the bottom part of the cup is actually just a football sticker. :( That part is not so impressive. Overall, my husband will appreciate this personalized gift, I'm just saddened that the bottom part isn't as classy as the top.

The football area looked somewhat cheap on the cup, however loved the monogramming. Also the inside of the top of the cup, where you drink from was cheap looking. Overall, it was okay for the price.

Disappointed with decal part being a sticker.

Although the mug LOOKS very attractive in real life, the vinyl football sleeve that enrobes it is extremely difficult to get on and off to wash the mug itself. The mug is also not the quality I would expect for the cost. Rather lightweight. The personalization made it personal, though the font was very thin and light making the personalization somewhat hard to read. It doesn't appear similar to what's shown on the site.

I ordered the mug, and the football sleeve didn't come with it. However, the mug itself is nice.
