It is very nice, however, there is a small dark spot like a chip on the bottom of the oval. It doesn’t show on the picture!

The tags are very elegant and serve the purpose of identifying the luggage. I gave it four stars because they one of them is missing the part that attaches to the suitcase.

Nice size and the lettering looks great. Eager to use this luggage tag on my duffle bag when traveling.

I ordered several of this tags to give as presents for my family, they are very well made
One of them came with a wood defects but I call customer service and they replaced it with a new one. I am very happy with the service

I got these for my Mother who flies like she's the pilot. My only disappointment is that I thought it was 2 pieces of the tag, not just 1. I'm not sure if I wldv bought it, if I knew it was only 1 piece. But my Mother loved it.

These were very nice tags. The only thing I did not like about them was the strap that came with them. The wooden tag part was awesome. I bought these for a wedding present.

I ordered these as an engagement gift, they are nice thick wood and the engraving is perfect. They came exactly as shown in the photograph and I'm sure the couple will enjoy them for a long time. I wish there was an option to pay for real leather straps because that would have looked even nicer. Overall I'm very satisfied.

I was pleased with the quality BUT I found the picture misleading. It shows two luggage tags so that's what I THOUGHT I was ordering. I was disappointed when the order arrived and only ONE was there. These were gifts and I felt that I couldn't give just one so I replaced the order again. $10 a piece would have made me think differently on my order as I was ordering them for three different couples.

The product looks great. The inscription is lovely. However, the inscription is on the back of the initial tag. It is not 2 separate tags as shown in the picture.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of this product. The wood is very light weight and "cheap" feeling. The strap is also a very very cheap faux leather. It was very good for the price I paid but I did expect a little better quality

I really like the product! However the photo in the add made it look like it was 2 tags instead of 1. I just didn't pay close enough attention I guess.

As I have not actually traveled since receiving them, I cannot attest to how well they stand up to travel, especially airline travel. Visually, these are beautiful tags. Classic and distinctive, but not ostentatious. For looks, I would recommend these to my friends and family. Durability has yet to be determined.

These turned out just as pictured. These tags were very inexpensive but look great. The carving looks so intricate and detailed. My stepfather is on a plane every month so I gave this to him as a Christmas present from my son. I ordered 2 so they should definitely be put to good use!!!! Worth the price.

The little "pleather" strap is cheap looking but the tag is really nice. It is engraved and looks just as it does in the photo on-line. It is pretty thin though and I am not sure how it will hold up on our luggage when we travel, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Inexpensive, so we aren't out much if they don't last long.

I purchased luggage tags for me and my mom. The tags are of good quality and to my surprise they are a lot thicker than I imagined. My only disappointment is I thought it included 2 luggage tags. Now the price has increased.

I ordered this product for a gift - it came very quickly and customer service was very friendly when I needed a quick change to my order.

I was really surprised at the size of these tags once they arrived.its about 3.5 inches high and 2.5 inches wide... I imagined them key chain sized. Nevertheless, they were beautiful and smelled as if personalizations were just burn out on them. They look great, only concern would be how well they will hold on a bag/luggage as the belt buckle opens up quite easily at the slightest pull... can that be changed to a better buckle or something more secure? We all know our bags are NOT handled with care...Otherwise a very cool product and looks great.

I bought two of these wood bag tags for Christmas gifts - one for my son-in-law who begins teaching next year, and another for my boss who travels a lot. They absolutely loved them! I plan to order more for birthday gifts.

I agree with one of the other reviewers that the wood has an odor to it and the straps could possibly break due to the quality. The engraving on the wood is beautiful.

I was slightly disappointed that the tags didn't have any finish on them to protect them from wear. I do plan to apply some finish and then everything will be good.

I ordered these as a gift for my bridesmaids since I am having a destination wedding. I was skeptical that the wood would be cheap & flimsy. However, they came out great! The only thing I'm not in LOVE with is the leather strap. It doesn't look cheap but it's not the best quality either. I m happy with this purchase :)

Not too flashy but unique so black luggage can easily be identified coming down the carousel. Shipped very quickly and excellent quality.

This tag looks great and is a nice gift. However, I doubt the durability of this tag actually surviving a trip to the airport.

The picture is true to the look of the product when received. The only thing I'm not really fond of is the leather strap. It's pretty cheap and will break. Hopefully it doesn't break while our luggage is in transit.
