I purchased this over-sized kitchen mat with personalization twice. I was so excited when I finally received it. It looked so nice in my kitchen. I live alone,have no pets & work, so this rug does not have heavy traffic to it. After about 3 months my rug started discoloring ( on the burgundy color mostly), and started shedding( tiny
Particles like the ones you get on sweaters, etc. I called customer service, and they replaced it, telling me the warranty was only for ONE month!

i opened the package and the kitchen mat had snags rips and scratches. couldn’t upload more than 1 photo but there was 4-5 problems

it might as well been on a frame and hung on the wall. Picks up any and all sorts of dust and extremely hard to clean. That material should NOT be used in this application.

I loved the idea of personalizing a kitchen mat, but I did not like the quality of the product itself; especially after spending so much money on it. First, it has no cushion so it's like walking on the floor. Second, the material is terrible and catches everything on the floor. We have a black lab and he sheds a little and it and everything else all sticks to this mat. I sweep it daily and it still always looks messy.
