I have purchased several of these and include them with a wedding gift.
It's kind of rustic in that the wood is natural and not coated or shiny but
I like the engraving.

It was pretty much as I expected it to be for what I paid.

Way better than I imagined!

This ornament is exactly what it is supposed to be....whitewashed, wooden. It is light weight. names are correct, overall ornament is nice and exactly as pictured. It does not have the "Wow, this is beautiful." when I compare it to other purchases.

The product DID arrive with correct personalization and DID look like the picture on the website. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it was much lighter weight and much thinner than I thought it would be. That is probably my own fault though! The couple for whom it was purchased liked it very much and sent us a picture of it hanging on their tree and it looked exactly like the "example" picture on your website! I am not really disappointed at all, but did want to mention the light weight and thinness of the ornament, in case other customers would want to know this. Thank you for always having a terrific products from which to select and the great job y'all do on the personalization!

Beautiful Ornament we love it if I had any complaint it would be a & was not included as part of our name but we will still probably come back next year for number 4.

Looks good was as expected

The product turned out better than I expected. The wood is beautiful, nice grain and thick! The carving is perfect! I only wish that I could have put a date, not just a year, at the bottom. There would have been room with a slightly smaller font. But I still love it.

Nice quality. It's really light weight. I was expecting it to be a little heavier being wood. The wood also has a weird smell to it but I'm sure that will fade over time. It turned out cute. I think it makes for a unique ornament and gift.

I was very glad that I could customize the wording at the top of the ornament. When we opened it up, it was exactly what I wanted. So very happy!

I always look forward to getting our yearly Christmas ornament from the Personalization Mall. Thank you for a great job!
