I expected them to be sent thru us mail from santa.not sent to then in a box with other products and had to put them togther.the kids seen it.they knew it was take then.

The letter from Santa itself is fine. But they actually mail it to YOU for you to mail to the recipient. For the price you pay for this, the least they could do is mail it out to the child! The way it came in my boxed order - I wasn't sure if I was suppose to open the hard cardboard-type envelope or not! I finally took a chance, opened the hard cardboard-type envelope this came in - and was shocked to see the letter and a new envelope from Santa inside still needed to be mailed to my grandchild! Yet, there were ZERO instructions on this at all - meaning - it should tell you on the outside of the HARD envelope it is shipped to you in to open immediately! To make matters worse... it shows my home post office now when it gets postmarked! Santa letters should NOT be postmarked MY PERSONAL HOME TOWN! (or YOUR home town either - unless you live at the North Pole :) I have done this for 15 years with other companies... never had to mail the letter myself. I DON'T recommend these letters to anyone.

Disappointed in this product.Could have made this quality of letter on home computer for 25 cents.

The item does not get shipped directly to the child u chose it for. It comes in a pre sealed white envelope that is unlabeled.
