The frame exceeded my expectations however, while it shipped quickly because I chose the cheaper delivery it took 3 weeks to receive AND IT ARRIVED THE DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO HAVE IT MISSING THE SCREWS! They didn’t fall out! They simply are not there so now I have to try to find replacement or give it as is. Very disappointed.

I have purchased at least 6 of these frames already. I purchased this one for a Chriatmas gift and was disappointed that it didn't have the clear protective covering over it like my other ones. All of my other ones have it I am thinking about sending it back.The frame is always a big hit that is why I keep going back to it. Highly disappointed.

I am always pleased with my purchases. For some reason. This item had many areas that looked like small glue marks. I couldn't send it back. It was a gift. Like I said I am usually happy. I order a lot from you. This did not make me happy at all.Thank you!

I love this frame and ordered 3 of them for different family members. Each had at least 5 names to be printed. When I got the frames home I noticed the printed names were not centered correctly. Some had the tops cut off. Keep this in mind if you are going to order this item.

One of family member names was all done in dark letters or small white letters and did not stand out as well as the other two names so I was somewhat disappointed.

I was disappointed with the printing this time. I've ordered many things from Personalization before and have always been 100% satisfied. This time left me feeling not as happy.

The overall size of the frame was larger than I had pictured. There should be an option for both upper and lower case letters for the customized portion across the bottom of the frame. This item was a gift and was liked by the recipients however, it is unlikely that I would purchase this particular frame again.
