love the ornament but the lettering is extremely small and not very crisp or clear

I purchase every year our family ornaments and this was the first time I was not happy with this one. Very tiny writing. Memorial ornament for our daughter and the ornament itself just doesn't look good.

Item it self is nice the engraving on it is so small that it’s impossible for anyone to read with out removing it from the tree.

Thought the lettering would be a little darker or deeper.

I purchased this ornament for our Christmas tree this year in memory of my husband's niece who was killed this past year. The preview on the website was perfect, but when I received it in the mail, the words were almost too small to read. I like the ornament, but if I or any family members want to read it, we will have to look very close.

The only problem I had with this, is it did not give room enough for her entire name. It would only have space for 2 names. As my mother had three, like everyone does, first, middle, last.....I was disappointed to not get her full name on there. But I really liked the ornament and it came out really nice. Still............no full name. Disappointing. Other than that, I liked the quality of work that was put into this ornament. Still disappointed about the name thing though. Still, it's a good choice.

I ordered three of these ornaments as my daughter was recently killed. They are very beautiful, but I too was a little disappointed in the lettering. You can barely see her name. One of the ornaments came in broken. I called and it was replaced in a very timely manor. Another one broke as well. They are very delicate so use caution when you handle them. I had two of the three break so not fully happy with my purchase. However I will purchase again in the future as I am very pleased with the service I received. Tracy

A little cheap looking compared to other items I have purchased here. The Angel details and wing are good but the print is small and doesn't stand out, meaning you need to hold the ornament in hand to see what it says. I think this is mainly because of the ornament size/shape and engraving. Maybe if engraving was deeper? I've ordered many ornaments here and I am disappointed with this one. That is why only 3 stars. I do like that I have an Angel on my tree in memory of my mom but it doesn't compare to others in looks.

I purchased 2 of these - they looked very nice on the website. When I received them, the engraving was illegible on one. The cutout of the name was very nice, but it looked as though the laser engraving of the personalization (Year, Name) was not dark enough on one of the ornaments. My friend said that it looked as though the item should have been stained or varnished in order for it to look like the one illustrated on the website. She took them home for me and stained them and now they are perfect. The manufacturer seemed to have missed a very important step in processing this product.
