Recipients were pleased, happy tears. Only recommendation would be to find a way to make script bigger.

Nice quality, however the font was very small and hard to see the name and birth date of my loved one that that passed.

Wood product strong and very nice but Initially engraving too small to properly read.I called and sent a picture and it was replaced immediately. I have never had a problem before and I will continue to order their products. Good customer service.

This ornament is really pretty. It is smaller than I thought so that is the only thing I didn't like. The script and dates look really good. I think the quality is very nice.

I’ve always had great customer service & high quality products from Personalization Mall, however I was a little dissapointed with this item. The name and dates in the star were almost too small to read. I will continue to use this great personalization site even though this one didn’t hit the mark.

I had this made for my friends mom and dad. Their son passed in January and I wanted something they could have up all year....not just at Christmas. This was a great option. It was rather small (a little smaller than the palm of my hand) and it had a funky smell. However, for the price and the quality of it I am happy and would suggest this item.

i bought this ornament (actually two of them) for my bosses because their mother had passed away. They loved it and it was great quality for the price! I was very happy! Only thing I would change is that the writing is very very small!

Quality was what it appeared online, actually more sturdy then I thought. my only complaint with the piece was that the top stars writing was small. I love it though and it has made a great addition to our tree.

This was just the ornament I was looking for! It's lightweight but sturdy wood. The details of the angel and star are just like in the pic. The only thing is we had 2013 on the star and because of the "curly" writing it looks a little like 2018 so just wish the writing on the star was a little bigger so it was more clear. Otherwise, though, very pleased with this purchase!

This is a very nice ornament. The only thing I'd have to say about it is the arms of the angel seem a little too small compared to the wings and the star she is holding.

We appreciated all the personalization options for this ornament and the ability to preview the design before ordering. We ordered 3 in memory of our son to give as Christmas gifts. They arrived quickly, we well packaged, and turned out beautifully. My husband was actually surprised at the quality of the product. The storage bag leaves a little bit to be desired, but overall we're very happy with our purchase and would consider ordering from the website again.

This is a gift from our daughter to our nanny. It is very cute, and is the right size and weight to hang on a Christmas tree. We are pleased.
I would recommend that the website add the overall dimensions.
