I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband and unfortunately it arrived with a broken glass and two scratched glasses. I sent an e-mail and although my husband didn't get his gift Christmas day, they responded promptly and sent out a new box which arrived about two weeks later.

This time the glasses arrived scratch free and intact and are very beautiful.
