So hard to see the wording

The frame is the size that I expected. The engraving looks professional but I expected the engraved side to have a backing so the engraving stands out. In the sample picture it looks like the engraved side is silver but it is clear plexiglass.

Engraving is so light, can hardly see it. Have to put something dark behind it to see the lettering.

I loved the concept, but I can’t see the writing. I put a black paper in the back of it and I still can’t see it.

The product is good quality but I am a little disappointed that the personalization is difficult to read on the glass. As I looked at the website again it appears there is a grey background in the picture which makes the personalization easy to read but when I received the finished product it is difficult to read the written text. This is a gift which will probably have to be displayed in front of a dark background.

In general, this frame is very nice. However, because it is etched glass and clear, it is very difficult to read because the etching doesn’t show very well when you see every thing behind it. We had to tape a piece of colored paper behind it so people could read it.

The (message) written on the frame is hard to read. This is a nice frame, however, it would have been so much better if the etching for the words could have been deeper and darker so that the message written could be read easier. It’s the message that is so important so hopefully this will be corrected in the future.

Would have been better if the color of the lettering was in gold, something more visible against the glass. The white against the glass looks really faint.

This engraved frame is nice quality but the inscription is very hard to make out. It is almost like it needs something behind it to make the letters stand out.

The picture makes you think it's a thick piece of acrylic or something. But it's a thinner piece of glass. The engraving is very light and sketchy. slightly hard to read at a distance. The box came crumbled, and I advise you to box it yourself, because it's not complicated and not worth the boxing price. Stand displays it nicely. But overall it was a delightful anniversary gift. If the price is right, I recommend you buy it, it will do the job.

I am satisfied with the overall quality but very disappointed with the font size and color. The verse written on the side is not easily readable.

Would be better if the Personalizations are in gold colir to be more vidible. The white can only be read when u are very near the frame. Other thhan that, I like it.

I was pleased with this purchase; but I thought the glass was a little too thin. My only hope is that the recipient of this gift will place it in a safe area away from young children.

I was expecting the etching to stand out a little more. Felt it was hard to see unless placed against a dark background. I did think the overall appearance was very nice.

Loved the frame itself, it is truly a beautiful piece... however, wish there was a way for the engraving to stand out more....You have to put the glass up against a dark background to see the engraving. I ordered something from you a long time ago, and although the piece itself was very nice...I had to put a black piece of paper on the back of the plaque.

I didn't realize how hard it would be to see the engraving on the frame. Looks much better in the picture online than in person. Kind of disappointing. Frame is pretty enough though.

the frame was nice and i liked the writeing, but the holder for the frame is not very good and looks cheap.

The work was fine on the item. The only thing disappointing was the size of the engraved words. They are so small making it tough to read any wording.

Beautiful frame...looks great with pic and the saying...only problem is you cant see the words...had to scotch tape construction paper behind it so that the words would show up!

For 50 year anniersary the lettering should have been in Gold not silver.

Smaller than I thought. Next time need to pay more attention to the size.

This is a beautiful picture frame, but the engraving does not show up very well. You have to pick it up and turn several ways in order to read. But love everything else that I have bought from Personalization Mall!

I ordered the Anniversary Personalized Frame for my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary. I could not believe how fast I received my order. Two days after I ordered the frame it was delivered to me. The frame is really nice, but I only gave it 3 Stars because the engraving is so light that it is difficult to see. If the engraving was darker, I would have rated it 5 Stars. Thank you for such quick service.
Hopefully, they will like the frame, and be able to read the engraving due to the lightness of the personalization.
