I've ordered from this site previously but this time I was disappointed. I had ordered a picture frame for my grandmother for Mothers Day and was taking advantage of the two-day shipping so that I would receive it on time. When my package arrived, the glass was shattered and the frame was broken. Although Terri on the online customer service was helpful and able to resend me a new frame (no answer with the phone number) it should have said that my package was fragile so this doesn't happen again

I ordered one before and it looked great just like the picture. I liked it so much I ordered another one, but this time it didn't look as good. The background was basically the same color as the rest of the frame so you can barely tell there's writing on it. There was no contrast to make the engraving pop. Wasn't too happy with the end product

The product was not good, they had to try three times to amke it right, then the quality overall not acceptable, very rough wood. Customer service is great though. They worked with me.

I got this frame for my parents who love taking group photos of the grandkids. I thought what a perfect idea. I had to put 11 names on the frame and the last of the names is only on there one time. One of the first names I had on the list is on there 7 times. Not too fair for one name to be on there once and the others multiple times. Need a better way to put names on there. If you have a lot of names be prepared for this. If you have few names then it would be 5 stars.
