The name Kallie was stained lighter than the name Austin. Because it was a Christmas gift, I had to go ahead and give it to them. So disappointed!

I love the frame! Excellent.
The photo quality for printing. Not so much. It had streaks in the faces.

i received my frame and the dark wood was not as dark as shown on the internet, so as a result the names do not show up as well since it is light wood on light wood.

I've purchased these frames in the past and have been very satisfied with the final product. However, this one that just arrived is not like the previous ones as the 2 color contrasts of the wood frame is not very defined. Instead of the darker wood as a contrast as shown in the example, it is light in color, result: the 2 color contrast of the wood on the frame is not very delineated.

Received the frame and everything is awesome. The only thing that I felt was a short coming and should have been fixed was the & which was cut off.

This is very nice frame and well done, however I was disappointed, because for the price, I expected a non-glare glass.

I've gotten this frame in the past and love it so much. The browns contrasted just like the display photo. This time I ordered two more and they hardly contrast at all! I'm disappointed in the contrast but they are still well made in terms of quality and crisp lines where they're engraved.

I am happy with the frame and the names. I would have liked the words to have been centered along the side and I thought the letters were rather small-- narrow and kind of hard to read. Overall, it arrived in quick order as I was pressed for time.

The frame is okay. The colors aren't as bright as the add shows. The saying is like a 6 font. Too small to read.

It's a really nice frame only that the glass was pretty scratched up.

What I loved about this product is the carved names and how much they stand out. They are perfectly fitted, sized and cut. Just as it looks in the picture.

What I didn't like about it too much was how small the letters were on the bottom. I tried to add a scripture verse but had to modify it several times to make it fit. When I finally got it and saw the final result here at my house. It kind of makes you have to pay a lot of attention to read it. It's readable but too too too small.

I like the frame, but I just think the price was a bit much. Overall, it was cute though.

This picture frame is really neat and I am happy that I choose it for a gift. However, the contrast between the light and dark colors is much lighter than in the stock photo. Also, where they chisel out the darker color you notice all of the lines. Please see my picture that shows the frame I received. All in all I would purchase this again but please note it will not be as pristine as the website shows.

The frame was nice but it was sent out with no photo, which was a gift shipped to another state for Mother's day.

I have ordered 6 of these frames in the past. I just ordered 3 more. I thought the wood was a little rough in this group. Not as nice of quality as the first ones I ordered.

I bought this frame for my sister because she is my maid of honor and I could not find a maid of honor frame I really liked. It is nice quality, but not as nice as I expected. The quote is too small and I will be buying another frame for her.

The frame is nice with the personalization. I thought the darker wood around the names would be a richer, deeper wood color than what it was. I found the wood to look a little "faded". However, it was nice and the couple I bought it for loved it.

I gave this as a gift and the recipient was very pleased, but I wasn't completely satisfied. The preview of the frame after I had personalized it online wasn't the same when I received it. I liked the preview better than the final result.

The frame was good but it was a lot lighte than it shows on the picture. Mine came in a really light natural wood :(
