Everything was great except for the lettering. To make it simple the lettering itself was way to small
I needed a magnify glass just to read it. It messed up what would have been a great item
There was plenty of room to enlarge the letters but you chose to make them way to small.If it wasnt for that l would have given 5 stars.

Writing is very small hard to read

Item was not what I expected. The writing (font) is so much smaller than it looked on here based on the picture and while it is correct as I designed can barely be read. It also will not stand up so now I have to find a stand to set it in.

Unfortunately an error was made and my father received someone else's gift. I called Customer Service and they are redoing it and shipping it out tomorrow so I am very happy about that - no charge of course - thanks for being so pleasant when I called to complain - much appreciated.

The print is very small (could be my error) but the white print does not show up as readable on the glass. I was very disappointed to find I had to put something dark behind it to make it readable! Not satisfied but had to use it for a gift.First time I have had this experience with your company! Expensive and disappointing!

The idea for this is fantastic, but the print on my keepsake was nearly unreadable!
