The look of this case is nice but in the center it feels like plastic which is completely uncomfortable if sleeping with it

The pillowcases look nice, but the "iron-ons" are very rough to the touch. I even washed them hoping to soften them up. Maybe after several washings they will soften.

I got this for my niece and her name whose last name Shaw and it looks like Shan!!! The assocaite told me the system is programmed that way and nothing can be done about it.
