The frame literally fell apart when the recipient opened the box - the hinges were loose and not sturdy enough to hold the picture inside, and a screw was missing from the table top stand. I was so embarrassed, especially since I have ordered and presented this frame as a gift to several people and they loved it. The personalization was fine, but the quality of the frame has changed, tremendously. No glossy finish and you can clearly see black waa painted over a blue frame. Very displeased!

This is my 4th time ordering this picture frame. I was so excited to order three of them at an amazing sale price for a change BUT upon arrival the frames did not have the beautiful glossy shine they once had! These frames were DULL & DRAB looking with no gloss at all! I was devastated! I feel totally cheated. I’d rather had paid the full price if I could’ve gotten the frames with the glossy finish.

I love the idea of the special frame, I have ordered two frames for special birthdays in black which were both really nice. I received one myself in black which I also loved. My grand daughter's nursery in done in primary colors with red as the dominate color. I ordered the frame for her 1st birthday and the red color used for the frame is more orange than red..............really dissappointed in the color.
