Very nice mug Bought 3 of them for my children and the lettering was perfect. They were very pleased with them. Quality of the mug itself is good. Would have liked something a little bigger with a screw on lid but these were more attractive
than anything else I found.

Wish that there was a option of a bigger mug and that you could have the name on both sides other than great product.

The personalization was great even the mug was made of good quality I just wish there was an option for this mug to be a lefty or righty. The handle is exactly how picture shows on the left.

Mug was purchased as a Christmas gift. Am pleased with results. Wish it had initial in center as shown or both initials would have been perfect.

This is a Christmas gift for my grandson who is 9 years old. I like the block design and there will be no mistaking whose cup it is. Can't rate it 5 stars because he hasn't seen it or used it yet.

I found this to be a good qulality cup with very nice personalization. It was just a little smaller than I expected.

I love these travel mugs. I own my own business and gave several of these to people I work for. The only thing I would change is the size. I wish these cups would be in 16 and 20 ounces also. The designs are great and the prices. My order was ready and shipped quick. Thanks a lot.

I thought I was purchasing a large mug. This is just a regular mug that may hold up to 1 1/2 cups of coffee. However, the lettering looks great! It did ship in a short amount of time. I am limiting this to 4 stars, I purchased it for a Christmas gift and would like to know how it holds up after washing before I give it 5 stars.

I like the travel mug .The personal name is priceless The only fault that I would comment on is thathe mug in my opinion is a bit small .

I bought this in black for my brother at work. It's lightweight,not as heavy as expected but overall good quality.

Was looking for a travel mug for the person that travels a distance to go to work, and I wanted her name on it. She loved it!!! Said she was going to take the cup that she had been using for the last 2 years out of her car, and use this from now on!!

This was a very nice travel mug, but I didn't realize that it was lined inside the mug. My husband has one now that is lined and it does keep the coffee warmer. But I love the name engraved and really LOVE your fast service!

I love the monogram placement and the colors are as seen online. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is smaller than I realized it - but I am sure my duaghter will love it.

I ordered two mugs for teenage grandchildren who are new drivers and they were very nice. I only wish they were a little heavier but they are fine and the personalization on each one was extremely well done and will surprise them, I am sure! I used first, middle and last names on each mug and I will tuck a little gas money in each as they begin their driving experience!

Personalize it! Personalize it! Personalize it! Everything-big or small- takes on a heightened meaning when you make an item speak for the gift-er. I'm surprised to say, this can even be achieved with something as ordinary as a mug. Every time my guy fills up this to-go mug he'll be reminded that it was given straight from the heart. [MISSION ACCOMPLISHED]

P.S. I chose the color red and both the print and color are amazing. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the mug is a bit shorter than I thought it would be.

The cup was exactly how displayed! The turnaround time was fast!
My only complaint was the lid; the hole that releases the coffee was a bit small, making the "drip" a bit slow. Overall, super happy!

I ordered 3 mugs, one in black, green & blue for my boyfriend and the guys that work for him as Christmas gifts. They turned out SO great!!!! The black is so crisp looking and the blue and green have this really cool metallic look to them!! The guys loved them as well!!! The only thing that I don't like about them is they are not dishwasher safe but that would not stop me from recommending them or ordering more in the future!!!

This personalized coffee mug was received very well for the holidays; both this year and last year. I have only noticed a couple things that could be different. The lid doesn't last very long. The plastic stopper broke after about 2 months of use and the metal mug is only good for hot beverages before they turn cold or cold beverages from the start, as it is not microwave friendly.
