The product was great.

Since I wanted mirror images for the edges of my canvas, and since customer service was not able to provide the actual dimensions that I had to use, I spent a lot of time using trial and error to make sure the proofs reflected the front image (since you can't see a proof of the edges). However, the actual front image ended up as 29"x 44-1/2", and the remainder of the front of the image was the mirror image that I added. The actual quality of the canvas is excellent.

Unfortunately for me the quality of the photo I uploaded was very poor. Great service from you would have been to notify me and ask if I still wanted you to use it. Just a suggestion.

My original photo looked great on my own device. When I received the large version it is slightly blurry. Previously I ordered canvas from another company and their software advised of insufficient pixels, this did not provide any warning. I ordered two smaller canvases here and they were great.

Picture was cut off and was pixelated from image sent in. The canvas was nice, instead of a gloss view to show true picture quality that was shown in preview. All colors were dull and blown out. The canvas also had dents in one corner of frame. This is a Christmas gift and have no time to re-order since it took longer than expected to get here. (said 3-5 days took 9 ordered 12/9 so I take blame since it's 2021)
Basically won't order agian will find someone else with better quality

I am really disappointed with the picture quality of this canvas. It looks faded and not as colorful as it should be, I was giving it to our daughter for Christmas, so embarrassed and disappointed for how much I paid for it.

I ordered this canvas as a Christmas gift. I was disappointed to see that the picture was not centered and it's very much noticeable to the eye. The logo consists of 3 orange circles. On the canvas I received, one circle is folded in and the other circle is about an inch towards the center of the canvas. When I uploaded the picture, it looked very much centered. Very disappointed I won't be able to gift it.

Understanding that nature of canvas I was expecting the picture to be clearer.

Canvas was not stapled tight to the boards. Canvas is very loose on the backing.

Picture is blurry. Customer service said clarity was up to standard. I do not agree. One positive...fast shipping.

The clarity of the Portrait was excellent, it arrived quickly, but it did not have any backing on the Portrait. It only included one small clip to hang it with and with no back cover, you can see through the Portrait and it leaves it vunerable to damage. for almost the same price, I bought another from a different company and it was a much nicer product with a back on it and installed hanging hardware. Will not buy these canvas portraits from this company again will use my previous vendor.

I thought this will be a bit bigger in size when i saw the image preview before i order but expected to be very small in size.

The picture came out good, but the canvas was very cheaply put together...I had to take it to a framing store and have it framed....which was more then the canvas itself...also it was much smaller then I expected..and according to the framing store the size is not a normal size, so the frame had to be custom made.

It works, but it's very grainy and not of any great quality. I wouldn't buy this again.

CANVAS products needs to be stretched tighter - canvases are not meant to sag but instead they must be stretched tightly. But the printing clarity was very good!

Overall the product is o.k. The idea it self is cute but my daughters face came out completely distorted.

I had this done previously with another company and although it was pricey, I was very satisfied with the outcome. I wanted to try your service, especially because of the reasonable price. However, the photo does not look like your simulation. It has a gray tone, is darker than the photo, and looks flat. I will not order this again.
